Privacy Notice

This notice describes the website’s current handling of personal information. Details of the hosting provider’s processing arrangements and international transfers are being checked and will be supplemented when confirmed.

1. Information submitted through the website

When you submit an enquiry, your name, reply phone number or email address, message, enquiry category and any selected property information are stored in the site database. Partnership enquiries also include the company or organisation name and area of collaboration. Job applications additionally include licence status, relevant experience and a personal introduction. Information is used to review and respond to the relevant enquiry or application. The version of the consent notice and submission time are also recorded. Only authorised administrators can view enquiries and manage their status. If you use an email link separately, your message is handled through the email service and mailbox.

2. Purpose and retention

We use the information to respond to enquiries and provide the requested consultation. Our general approach is to delete it without delay once that purpose has been fulfilled. If a separate legal retention requirement applies, such as for a contract, the information is managed according to the relevant basis and period. An enquiry is separate from consent to receive advertising.

3. Staff access and operational records

Staff account records include the name and sign-in email registered by the administrator, the ChatGPT sign-in identifier and account status, for identification and access management. Operational records include the administrator or staff identifier, action, target and time. Staff may handle only their own properties and ordinary enquiries or those for which the principal has granted access. Partnership and recruitment applications are managed by the principal.

4. External services

The website uses Sites hosting. Email links open the visitor’s email application. Naver Blog, Instagram and map links lead to external services whose policies also apply to their access records and handling of personal information. We have not added our own advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Sign-in uses the authentication provider’s session management. Sites does not offer a choice of data-storage country. Processor contract details and transfer countries, items, timing, methods and retention periods are being checked. Automatic enquiry email notifications are not currently connected; enquiries are reviewed in the administrator interface.

5. Deletion and your rights

Administrators delete enquiries from the database after the processing purpose has ended. Separately downloaded files, emails and backup copies must also be reviewed and managed for deletion. Deleting an enquiry on the site does not immediately delete external copies or hosting-provider backups. No automatic deletion schedule is currently in operation.

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your enquiry information. We may verify your identity to the extent needed to handle your request.

You may decline consent. However, an online application cannot be accepted without consent to the required collection. Do not submit resident registration numbers, account passwords or other sensitive information unnecessary for consultation.
